Product Introduction

Bioactivity
Description
Compound B14 (Antibacterial agent 141) exhibits antibacterial activity against the plant pathogens Xoo, Xac, Psa, and Cmm, with an EC50 value of 1.28 μM. It functions by inhibiting cell membrane formation and altering cell permeability.
In vitro
Antibacterial agent 141 significantly induces cell membrane rupture in Xoo bacteria [1]. It increases membrane permeability in a concentration-dependent manner within Xoo bacteria [1], and disrupts the surface of the bacterial cell membrane [1]. At concentrations of 3.2 and 6.4 μM, the agent notably reduces the expression of ACC, ACP, and Fab family genes in Xoo bacteria [1]. Additionally, it significantly inhibits biofilm formation of Xoo with increasing concentrations [1], while exhibiting low cytotoxicity towards HepG2 and HK-2 cells [1]. At concentrations ranging from 0.64 to 5.12 μM over 3 to 30 hours, it markedly suppresses the growth of Xoo bacteria [1].
In vivo
Antibacterial agent 141 at a concentration of 200 μg/mL, administered as a single dose over a period of 7 days, exhibited treatment and preventive activity against bacterial blight of 4.64% and 43.33%, respectively [1].

In Vivo Formulation Calculator (Clear solution)

Please enter your animal experiment information in the following box and click Calculate to obtain the mother liquor preparation method and in vivo formula preparation method:
TargetMol | Animal experimentsFor example, your dosage is 10 mg/kg Each animal weighs 20 g, and the dosage volume is 100 μL . TargetMol | Animal experiments A total of 10 animals were administered, and the formula you used is 5% TargetMol | reagent DMSO+30% PEG300+5% Tween 80+60% ddH2O. So your working solution concentration is 2 mg/mL。
Mother liquor preparation method: 2 mg of drug dissolved in 50 μL DMSOTargetMol | reagent (mother liquor concentration of 40 mg/mL), if you need to configure a concentration that exceeds the solubility of the product, please contact us first.
Preparation method for in vivo formula: Take 50 μL DMSOTargetMol | reagent main solution, add 300 μLPEG300TargetMol | reagent mix well and clarify, then add 50 more μL Tween 80, mix well and clarify, then add 600 more μLddH2OTargetMol | reagent mix well and clarify
