In vitro
Antifungal agent 105 (compound A25) exhibits antifungal activity against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Alternaria alternata, Thanatephorus cucumeris, Verticillium dahliae, and Gibberella zeae, with EC50 values of 0.158, 7.43, 3.60, 13.9, and 11.8 µg/mL, respectively. Additionally, when applied at concentrations of 100 and 200 µg/mL, this compound demonstrates both protective and curative effects in plants.
