In vitro
Antiproliferative agent-37 (compound 10J) demonstrated cytotoxic activity against A431, HT1080, MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, and AG01523 cell lines, with IC50 values of 0.013±0.004, 0.014±0.008, 0.14±0.04, 0.018±0.009, and 56.3±4.3 μM, respectively [1].
