In vitro	Antitumor agent-43 exhibits IC50 values of 0.5 μM, 1.1 μM, 8.9 μM, and 1.3 μM against T-24, MGC80-3, SK-OV-3, and HepG2 cells, respectively [1].
In vivo	Antitumor Agent-43 demonstrably reduces tumor growth by 49.5% in a mouse xenograft model implanted with T-24 cells [1].
