Description | ATP Synthase Inhibitor 2, a compound targeting Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) ATP synthase with an IC50 of 10 μg/mL, fully inhibits the ATP synthesis activity of PA at a concentration of 128 μg/mL [1]. |
In vitro | Treatment with ATP synthase inhibitor 2 (Compound 22) at concentrations ranging from 0 to 256 μg/mL for 12-15 hours inhibits ATP synthase activity without exhibiting broad-spectrum antibiotic effects against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In cell viability assays conducted on MSSA and WTPA cell lines under similar conditions, Compound 22 demonstrated no antibacterial activity, with minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) exceeding 128 μg/mL for MSSA and 256 μg/mL for WTPA, respectively. |
