In vitro | ATWLPPRAANLLMAAS (V3) (25-200 μM; 12-24 h) suppresses the proliferation, viability, migration, and invasion of human HCC cells (SMMC-7721, Huh-7) by inhibiting the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway, though no significant effects were observed in HL-7702 cells. |
In vivo | ATWLPPRAANLLMAAS (160-480 μg/kg; s.c.; once daily for 7 days) can significantly inhibit the growth of transplanted mouse sarcoma S180 and H22 liver cancer tumors in a dose-dependent manner. Additionally, ATWLPPRAANLLMAAS (200 μg/kg; s.c.; once daily for 4 weeks) suppresses the growth of human HCC xenograft tumors by downregulating angiogenesis and promoting apoptosis. |
