BChE-IN-16 exhibits no inhibitory activity against hAChE at IC50 values greater than 10 μM [1]. It acts as a competitive inhibitor of hBChE with a K i value of 4.04 nM [1]. Additionally, BChE-IN-16 demonstrates cytotoxic effects on the SH-SY5Y cell line, with an IC50 value of 87.0 μM, and on the HepG2 cell line, with an IC50 value of 76.0 μM [1].
