Description
Boc-MLF (TFA) is a specific antagonist of formyl peptide receptor (FPR) and also inhibits signaling through FPRL1 at higher concentrations.
In vitro
Boc-MLF inhibits superoxide production induced by FPR agonist fMLF (EC50: 630 nM in neutrophils). Boc-MLF (25 μM) blocks FPRL1-agonist serum amyloid A (SAA) induced calcium response.
