In vivo
Bococizumab (0, 10, 30, and 100 mg/kg; i.v.; Pregnant Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats) decreases maternal and fetal cholesterol and shows good tolerance and no effects on ovarian or uterine parameters.[2]
