In CIA mice, BTK inhibitor 10 (oral gavage; 30 mg/kg; 21 days; once daily) has a significant improvement in arthritis symptoms. The damage of each of the 4 paws in mice is divided into 0-4 to calculate the total score of the limbs. BTK030 (21 days; p.o.) reduces the arthritic score to 3.62 while the control group shows a value of 8.33.
