Description	Carboxymethyl-PEG-Carboxymethyl (MW 5000) is a polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based linker designed specifically for the synthesis of PROTACs [1].
In vitro	PROTACs consist of two distinct ligands joined by a linker: one binds to an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other targets a specific protein. By leveraging the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system, PROTACs selectively degrade target proteins[1].
