In vitro	CK2 inhibitor 3 (compound 4) significantly reduces cell viability in Jurkat cells in a dose-dependent manner, with a DC50 value of 12.80 μM after 24 hours at concentrations from 0 to 50 μM [1]. Additionally, at 5 μM and 20 μM over 16 hours, it reduces CK2-dependent phospho-site Akt Ser129 levels, demonstrating targeted efficacy [1].
