In vitro
COQ7-IN-2 (compound 12) exhibits minimal growth inhibition in human normal cultured cells, with significant accumulation of DMQ10 observed in both PANC-1 cells (8.7%) and PC3 cells (14.0%) by COQ7-IN-2 (compound 12) [1].
