Description
CSV0C018875 is a quinoline-based EHMT2/G9a inhibitor with lower cytotoxicity than BIX-01294 [1].
In vitro
CSV0C018875, at concentrations ranging from 2.5 to 20 μM over a 48-hour period, reduces H3K9me2 modification levels in histones [1]. Through Western Blot Analysis [1] conducted on HEK293 cells, with doses of 2.5 μM, 10 μM, and 20 μM, it was observed that CSV0C018875 progressively inhibits G9a enzymatic activity in a dose-dependent manner.
