In vitro
CYP121A1-IN-1 (compound 61), used in concentrations ranging from 0.78 to 400 μM for durations of either one week (c7H9 and 7H9-Low BSA media) or two weeks (MMM-Ch medium), exhibits effective activity against the Mtb strain H37Rv, with a MIC 90 of approximately 6.25 μM (about 2.2 μg/mL) [1].
