In vivo | Etofylline clofibrate administered orally at a dosage of 12 mg/kg demonstrates a moderate initial efficacy with a 12% reduction in disaggregation time from a single dose. The effectiveness of the compound increases significantly with consistent daily usage, achieving a maximum reduction in disaggregation time of 31% after 5 days and 43% after 7 days of consecutive applications. |
