In vitro
The dissociation constant of EZ-482 from apoE3 and apoE4 is about 8 μM.
EZ-482 (10 or 20 μM) does not directly affect apoE binding to lipids. [1]
In vivo
In combination with anti-PD-1, EZ-482 (administered daily by oral force-feeding at a concentration of 15 mg/kg) reversed M2-EXO-induced ICB resistance in a mouse model of MC38 tumors.[2]
