Description
H100 is a Cl- transport inhibitor, no effect against KCl cotransporter. It has partial effects against both the NaK2Cl cotransporter and the Band 3 anion exchanger.
In vitro
H100 (0.1 mM) demonstrates significant inhibitory activity on chloride transport in human erythrocytes, with 63% and 74% inhibition of the NaK2Cl cotransporter (NKCC) and the Band 3 anion exchanger (AE), respectively. It acts as a Cl- transport inhibitor, selectively targeting NKCC and AE without affecting the KCl cotransporter (KCC).
