IGF2BP1-IN-1 binds to IGF2BP1 protein with a KD value of 2.88 nM.IGF2BP1-IN-1 inhibited the proliferation of cancer cells with an IC50 of 9 nM for A549 cells and 34 nM for HCT116 cells. [1]
