In vivo | Mitobronitol (850 mg/kg; i.p.; single dose) enhances spleen cell proliferation in response to mitogens and promotes thymus regeneration in an 8-10 week-old female BALB-c mouse model. Administered intraperitoneally at 850 mg/kg and 1500 mg/kg in 5% Tween 80 saline, the compound significantly improved spleen cell proliferation at 850 mg/kg and expedited thymus regeneration at 1500 mg/kg, achieving notable regeneration within 3 weeks, outperforming the control group. |
