MMV1634566 inhibits cell growth in HepG2 cells with a CC50 value of 4.81 µM when administered at concentrations ranging from 0-40 µM over 48 hours. Additionally, MMV1634566 demonstrates inhibitory effects against the Plasmodium falciparum 3D7 strain, achieving an EC50 value of 0.016 µM after 72 hours of treatment.
