Description
Mps1-IN-6, a potent Mps1 inhibitor, demonstrates antiproliferative and antitumor activities with an IC50 of 2.596 nM [1].
In vitro
Mps1-IN-6 (compound 31) (0-10 µM; 72 h) exhibits antiproliferative activity with IC50 values of 0.221 µM in MDA-MB-468 cells, >10 µM in MCF-7 cells, >10 µM in REB cells, 0.823 µM in MV4-11 cells, and >10 µM in HT-29 cells [1].
In vivo
Mps1-IN-6, administered intravenously at doses of 30 and 60 mg/kg daily for 21 days, exhibited antitumor activity in mice [1].
