RPA with the GST-p53 peptide:10 μM
In vitro
NSC15520 blocks the interaction of RPA with the GST-p53 peptide with an IC50 of 10 μM. NSC15520 (0-400 μM, treatment for 5 min) inhibits helix destabilizing activity and also inhibits RPA binding to dsDNA 30-mer.[1]
