| In vivo | IRL752 (3.7-100 μmol/kg, s.c.), administered 30 minutes before testing in normal rats, did not significantly alter acute hyperdopaminergic or hypoglutamatergic motor responses. However, it effectively reversed motor deficits attributed to diminished monoaminergic function[2]. This compound induced dose-dependent and region-specific changes in indices of brain monoamine transmission and gene expression, without additional explanation, maintaining the original terminology and format requested. |
