In vitro	Ruzinurad is a highly selective URAT1 inhibitor, exhibiting significant activity in reducing serum urate levels in hyperuricemic patients by effectively blocking the URAT1 (urate transporter 1) protein to enhance uric acid excretion, thereby mitigating the risk of gout and related conditions.
