| In vitro | SENP1-IN-1 has been observed to enhance the sensitivity of tumor cells to irradiation, according to research findings. When administered at concentrations ranging from 0.7 to 20 μM for a duration of 72 hours, SENP1-IN-1 exhibits cytotoxic effects on Hela cells, with an IC50 value exceeding 20 μM. This data was established through a Cell Cytotoxicity Assay conducted on Hela cells using varying concentrations (0.7 μM, 2.2 μM, 6.6 μM, 20 μM) over the specified incubation period, further confirming its cytotoxic potency. |
