| In vitro | SPOP-IN-6b demonstrates inhibitory concentration (IC) values ranging from 2 to 10.2 µM against A498, Caki-2, Ketr-3, 769-P, OS-RC-2, and 786-0 cells[1]. At concentrations between 0.1 and 3.0 µM over a duration of 10 hours, SPOP-IN-6b can inhibit SPOP activity, leading to enhanced levels of the cancer-suppressive proteins PTEN and DUSP7[1]. |
| In vivo | SPOP-IN-6b, administered through intraperitoneal injection at dosages between 40-80 mg/kg daily for 25 days in nude mice, effectively inhibits tumor growth by suppressing SPOP[1]. |
