In vitro
TCRS-417 (0 μM, 2.5 μM, 5 μM, 7.5 μM and 10 μM, 48h) can effectively interfere with PBX1-DNA interactions. [1]
In vivo
TCRS-417(2.5 mg/kg intraperitoneally injected) inhibited tumor growth in mice xenografted with SKOV3CRLuc. [1]
