Description | Win-62005 is an inhibitor of cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase III (PDE III)(Kis: 25 and 26 nM for rat heart and canine aorta). |
Targets&IC50 | PDE3:25 nM (ki), PDE3:ki:25 nM |
In vitro | Win-62005 is a competitive inhibitor of cyclic GMP-inhibitable low Km cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase (PDE III) found in rat heart and canine aorta, demonstrating high affinity with inhibition constants (Ki) of approximately 25±3 nM and 26±5 nM, respectively. Furthermore, it exhibits significant selectivity, being at least 160-fold more selective for PDE III over other phosphodiesterase (PDE) isozymes. |
In vivo | Win-62005(p.o. administration of 1 mg/kg) LVdP/dtmax is significantly increased in 30 min and remains increased for at least 6 h. |
