In vitro	Synthetic and native forms of Xenopsin-Related Peptide 2 (XP-2) enhance vascular permeability in rats and elicit histamine release from isolated rat mast cells at concentrations below one micromolar [1].
In vivo	Xenopsin-Related Peptide 2 (XP-2), administered intradermally at concentrations from 0.3 to 3000 nM in 50 μL, increases vascular permeability in rat skin [1].
