LILRB4,also known as CD85k and LIR-5, ILT3,  is an approximately 60 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein that negatively regulates immune cell activation. Mature human ILT3 consists of a 238 amino acid (aa) extracellular domain with two Ig-like domains, a 21 aa transmembrane segment, and a 168 aa cytoplasmic domain with 3 immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIM).LILRB4 is receptor for class I MHC antigens. Recognizes a broad spectrum of HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C and HLA-G alleles. LILRB4/CD85k/ILT3 Protein, Cynomolgus, Recombinant (His) is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with C-His tag. The predicted molecular weight is 27.2 kDa and the accession number is XP_015297198.1.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in distilled water. The product concentration should not be less than 100 μg/ml. Before opening, centrifuge the tube to collect powder at the bottom. After adding the reconstitution buffer, avoid vortexing or pipetting for mixing.
Stability & Storage
It is recommended to store recombinant proteins at -20°C to -80°C for future use. Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots.
