In vitro | 6-Hydroxybenzbromarone (7.5 μM; 72 hours) reduces cell proliferation by over 50%. Simultaneously, BBR and BZ treatments decrease cell viability, while other compounds tested do not affect cell viability or proliferation. 6-Hydroxybenzbromarone (7.5 μM; 1-20 hours) inhibits EC migration and tubulogenesis in HUVECs, but its impact on tube formation diminishes with high concentrations of fetal bovine serum (FBS), likely due to non-specific protein binding. |
