Description	AZD7254 is an oral effective Smoothened (SMO) inhibitor, and the EC50 of sonic Hh protein (shh) is 1.0 nM.
In vivo	AZD7254, administered orally at a dosage of 40 mg/kg twice daily for 10 days, demonstrated a 42% inhibition of tumor growth in a HT29-MEF (murine embryonic fibroblast) co-implant xenograft model [1].
