MQAE fluorescence is an adequate and comparable method for measuring cAMP-dependent chloride transport in dozens of individual cells[2]. MQAE can be used to measure intracellular chloride concentration in primary cultures of rat aortic smooth muscle cells (VSMC)[3]. |
