In vivo
The co-administration of Arg-Gly-Glu-Ser (5 mg/kg) with either LPS or saline, along with RGDS, does not influence the counts of neutrophils and macrophages, nor does it have an impact on protein accumulation, when compared to mice treated with LPS or saline alone [1].
