Description
EN460 is a selective inhibitor of Endoplasmic Reticulum Oxidase 1 (ERO1α), inhibiting ERO1L-mediated gene silencing and cell migration, and PDAC invasion.
In vitro
EN460 selectively interacts with the reducing active form of ERO1α and prevents its reoxidation, IC50 = 1.9 μM. [1]
EN460 inhibited the proliferation of PDAC cells in vitro. [2]
In vivo
In subcutaneous xenograft models, EN460 inhibited ERO1L, leading to a significant delay in tumor growth. [2]
