In vitro | Hepcidin-1 (mouse) TFA, administered at concentrations ranging from 200 to 800 nM for four days, enhances the differentiation of RAW264.7 cells induced by RANKL at 50 ng/mL [1]. Within the same dosage range and duration, it upregulates the expression of TRAP, CTK, and MMP-9 mRNA [1]. Additionally, treatment with Hepcidin-1 (mouse) TFA at 0-800 nM for 20 hours increases the level of Trap-5b protein and decreases the ferroportin 1 (FPN1) protein in RAW264.7 cells [1]. |
