In vivo
N-Acetylchitohexaose (100 mg/kg/day; intravenous; 3 times; ddY mice) significantly inhibits the growth of this allogenic solid tumor, affording a high tumor growth-inhibition ratio (85%) at 7 days after tumor implantation compared with positive control.[3]
