Description
L-Homopropargylglycine is a methionine analog commonly used in bioorthogonal non-classical amino acid labeling to detect bacterial activity and to detect protein synthesis.
In vitro
PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for the E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is a ligand for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade the target protein[1].
