Description	LY223982 is an effective and specific inhibitor of the leukotriene B4 receptor (IC50: 13.2 nM). It also can against [3H]LTB4 binding to LTB4 receptor.
Targets&IC50	LTB4:13.2 nM
In vitro	LY223982 is also an effective antagonist of the aggregation of human neutrophils by LTB4 (IC50, 100 nM).
In vivo	LY223982 suppresses transient leukopenia induced in rabbits with LTB4 (ED50, 3 mg/kg) but not with FMLP. It shows no agonist activity in any of the test systems.
