| In vitro | NF546 (hydrate) exhibits relative selectivity for the P2Y11 subtype compared to P2Y1, P2Y2, P2Y4, P2Y6, P2Y12, P2X1, P2X2, and P2X2-X3 receptors. At a concentration of 100 μM and after 24 hours of treatment, NF546 (hydrate) demonstrates equivalent efficacy in promoting the secretion of TSP-1 and suppressing LPS-evoked IL-12p70 release in human monocyte-derived dendritic cells [1]. |
