In vitro
PDE4-IN-10 (compound 7a) demonstrates selective inhibition of PDE4B, with 64.56% inhibition at 10 μM and 54% at 30 μM, compared to 17% inhibition of PDE4D at 10 μM, indicating a ~3.8-fold selectivity for PDE4B over PDE4D [1].
