In vitro | In leukemia cells, Capzimin exhibits GI50s of 0.67 μM and 1 μM in SR and K562 cell lines. For non-small cell lung cancer, Capzimin exhibits a GI50 of 0.7 μM in NCI-H460. For breast cancer, Capzimin exhibits a GI50 of 1.0 μM in MCF7. Capzimin blocks cell growth and induces apoptosis in HCT116 cells[1]. |
