| In vitro | Mal-amido-(CH2COOH)2 serves as an intermediate linker in the synthesis process. Bivalent doxorubicin (DOX)-dipeptides (16a-c) are subsequently synthesized and attached to the monoclonal antibody BR96. Upon internalization of these immunoconjugates[1], lysosomal proteases cleave the dipeptides. |
