Description
Neuropathiazol causes neuronal differentiation of adult hippocampal neural progenitor cells.
In vitro
In HCN cells, Neuropathiazol (5, 10, and 15 μM) significantly slows cell proliferation and inhibits the proliferation of HCN neural progenitor cells. Neuropathiazol (10 μM) down-regulates Sox2, up-regulates NeuroD1, and inhibits the differentiation of astroglial induced by LIF and BMP2[1].
