Description
BI-6901 is a CCR10 antagonist. In a mouse model of DNFB exposure hypersensitivity, BI 6901 displays its anti-inflammatory response in a dose-dependent manner.
In vivo
When administered at 100 mg/kg ip bid, BI-6901 is effective in a mouse contact hypersensitivity (CHS) model induced by DNFB, and it dose-dependently inhibits the inflammatory response in DNFB-sensitized Balb-C mice[1].
