Description
diABZI-C2-NH2 is an agonist of the interferon gene STING that modulates STING-dependent type I interferon production and can be used to study STING-mediated diseases.
In vitro
diABZIs can enhance binding to STING and cellular function. Intravenous administration of diABZI STING agonists to immunocompetent syngeneic colon tumor-bearing mice induces strong antitumor activity, leading to complete and durable tumor regression. The conjugated diABZI-C2-NH2 can be covalently immobilized onto agarose beads for affinity capture of potential target proteins from THP1 cell lysates[1].
