Description
Disitertide (P144) is an inhibitor of TGF-β1.
In vitro
Aurora B inhibitor 1 also inhibits JAK3 and JAK2 with Kis of <0.25 μM and <0.10 μM, respectively[1].
In vivo
In the rat model of long-term exposure to CCl4, low-dose Disitertide (P144) treatment can significantly inhibit HSC activation and significantly reduce liver fibrosis.
