In vitro
FPR A14 activates neutrophil Ca2+ release and chemoattractant with EC50s of 630 nM and 42 nM[1]. In mouse neuroblastoma N2a cells, FPR A14 (10 μM) increases cell differentiation by 93.3%[2].
