In vivo
HDL376 was shown to raise HDL cholesterol in the rat (normal-fed 80 mg/kg/day), hamster (normal-fed 52 mg/kg/day, chow-fed 64 mg/kg/day), dog (normal-fed 35 mg/kg/day), rhesus monkey (12 mg/kg/day), and cynomolgus monkeymodels (12 mg/kg/day)[2].
